The property offers both single and double bed room options for attendees.

• Standard Single Room: Occupancy Up to Two – One King
• Standard Double Room: Occupancy Up to Two – Two Queens
• Standard Double Room: Two Adults Two Children – Two Queens
• Standard Double Room: Three Adults One Child – Two Queens

Children under 3 stay for free
Ages 3-12 $120 per child per night
Ages 13+ $142 per child per night

*Registration fees include up to two persons in a room. Additional nightly charges will be applicable for the 3rd and 4th guest in any room. Any additional room fees will be due prior to May 5, 2023. There is a maximum capacity of 4 persons per room.

Most attendees should purchase the “Primary Attendee” single seat. The primary attendee may add a “Business Partner” seat to their cart during checkout.

Alternatively, a Business Partner may purchase their seat separately. Only business partners are allowed to get the 2nd ticket discount.

If a Non-Participating Spouse will be traveling but not participating in the event, please add them to the cart during checkout at $0.00.

All guests entering to Mexico will need to pass through customs and immigration on arrival to Los Cabos airport. A valid passport is required for check-in to the resort. We also recommend that you ensure that your passport remains valid through the conclusion of your travel.

Aside from that, please bring the essentials necessary to have fun in the water or on the sand. See you in Cabo!

The 7 Figure STR Team will offer a few airport pickup and drop-off times at staggered intervals. If you are unable to take advantage of the transportation provided, you will be responsible for arranging your own transfer.

Please note that the welcome reception on Wednesday evening marks the beginning of the event, so plan your arrival accordingly. Ensure you have ample time to retrieve your luggage, board the shuttle to the resort, check-in, and get ready before the cocktail reception and dinner.

Your registration includes a yacht excursion experience powered by Mount, our sponsor partner! For children and non-participants, we are looking at options to determine if this will be included or an additional charge.

If you’re interested in the resort’s spa services, they have on-site options available including a discount for our group. Golf is not listed as an option at the resort and we recommend all attendees stay on the resort grounds. However, this may be an alternative option to the excursion on Aug 4.

Spa and golf are NOT included in the registration cost and will be the responsibility of the attendee.
